WA businesses that display the Buy West Eat Best logo must meet stringent criteria for local content and quality.
Restaurants must commit to using 70% local ingredients on their menu.
Fresh produce such as fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood, must be 100% grown, fished or farmed in WA to be part of the program.
This month, look out for the logo when shopping or eating out. There are more than 230 local brands promoted by the scheme.
