Engaging the ‘Zoomers’, our youngest employees
There has never been a time in history when five generations co-existed in the workforce - until now. Each generation has a unique set of generation-defining childhood experiences that manifests in their expectations at work. Danielle will provide insights into the multi-generational workforce, with a closer look at Generation Z and their workplace expectations. She will also provide tips on how to attract and retain young employees.
