Veterinary Nursing Traineeship Change 4 Jun 2020

The Training Council is pleased to announce that the nominal duration of the

Veterinary Nursing (Level 4) Traineeship has been increased from 24 to 36 months.

Following industry requests the WA Minister for Education and Training approved the change on 29 May 2020. This change makes the nominal duration consistent across Australia.

Traineeships make on the job training happen. You get an agreed training plan, with clear objectives and an industry competent trainer to work with you and your business. And there are State and Federal Government financial incentives.
